The handsome actor, 53, looked dapper in a classic tuxedo as his stunning wife, 47, commanded attention in a semi-sheer black lace gown.
The appearance came after Oscars host Jimmy Kimmel reignited his hilarious feud with Damon by concluding the broadcast with Messi, the dog from Anatomy of a Fall, urinating on Damon's Hollywood Walk of Fame star.
In this whimsical moment, the canine lifts his leg over the star before strolling away, playfully implying that Kimmel might have orchestrated the comical stunt.
The bit added another chapter to the enduring 'feud' between Damon and the host of Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
This playful rivalry has persisted for years, tracing its origins back to 2005 when Kimmel joked that his show couldn't make room for Damon to be a guest.
In a recent CNN interviewbefore the Oscars, Kimmel teased Damon for skipping this year's award show despite starring in the most-nominated movie, Oppenheimer.
'He is not nominated for an Oscar. He was in Oppenheimer. Everyone else was nominated except for him,' Kimmel said.
He added, 'What really happened? He couldn’t get a ticket. It’s one of the saddest things I’ve ever heard. He asked if he could come and they told him, "Sorry, nominees only."'
Last year, he took a playful swipe at Damon during a comedic exchange with Jessica Chastain.
'Was it difficult filming your movie The Martian because your co-star Matt Damon can't read and smells like dog medicine?' Kimmel hilariously asked.

Jessica quipped, 'I didn't really have a lot of scenes with him, so it was fine.'
In his Sunday opening monologue, he honored Messi, the canine actor portraying Snoop in this year's Best Original Screenplay winner, Anatomy of a Fall.
'Messi, who, even though he’s a dog, may have given the performance of the year in Anatomy of a Fall,' Kimmel joked.
'Messi has an overdose scene, if you’ve seen it you’ve known it. It’s incredible,' Kimmel added.
'Honestly I haven’t seen a French actor eat his own vomit like that since Gérard Depardieu.'
