A software update is impacting the Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, and Row. Peloton has emailed members letting them know they are working on a fix, and to try a factory reset if they are impacted.

Most issues will resolve themselves in a 10- to 15-minute timeframe. If the touchscreen is still stuck on the update screen after 10-15 minutes, please troubleshoot by performing a power cycle: Press and hold the button on the back of the touchscreen until a shutdown prompt appears.
Confirm that the outlet has power by using another device in the outlet. Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into the back of the Peloton Guide and power outlet. If the issue persists, power cycle the Peloton Guide by disconnecting the power cable directly from the outlet.
Hold the power button on the back of the touchscreen until a prompt is displayed, then selecting "Troubleshooting." You can access the troubleshooting app from the sidebar/menu by clicking on the 3 dots at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "Troubleshooting."

Note: By default, after 15 minutes of inactivity, the Peloton Guide will automatically enter a sleep mode. This default setting can be changed through Settings > Screen > Auto-Sleep > Select a time. To wake up the Guide, you can press any two buttons on your Peloton Guide remote.
